You've decided to give me a try? Excellent! Now you are wondering "How much is this going to cost me?" The pricing for my services is based on each individual project.
Over the years I have charged much less than I should've and I've had to
go up in pricing, however you will find I'm still way under what the
vanity publishers will charge for these same services.
I have to see a sample of your work first, in order to quote you a price. If you want a ballpark figure to consider, generally my fee is $600 and up. But it depends on what you are wanting to publish, approximately how many pages, pictures, etc.
And though I no longer edit, if I see something while formatting the interior file, I will definitely let you know. However, deep editing takes a LOT of concentrated time and therefore, I no longer do that.
Don't expect to make much back on your books, unless you have a marketing agent or spend a lot of time marketing your book once it's out there. But gosh, just think: You Wrote A Book! Not many people can say that!
